Adam Leishman founded The Commercial Guys in 2015 to provide the kind of commercial property advice owners actually need: direct, practical and grounded in the realities of holding an asset.
With more than 30 years’ experience across legal, manufacturing, business and commercial property, Adam brings a broad operating perspective to every decision. As a long-time commercial landlord and active investor, he understands the pressures behind vacancy, tenant relationships, maintenance, compliance, income performance and exit planning.
The business has grown around the same principle: see the whole asset, communicate clearly and make decisions with the owner’s next outcome in mind.
