Jay works across commercial property sales and leasing, assisting property owners, tenants and buyers throughout the transaction process.
Before entering commercial real estate, Jay gained 20 years of experience in senior retail management. This background provided him with an understanding of business operations, customer service and the practical considerations businesses face when choosing a commercial property.
As a local, Jay is familiar with the area and its business community. He assists with property enquiries, inspections, negotiations and the preparation of sales and leasing transactions.
Outside of work, Jay has a strong interest in rugby league. He debuted for New South Wales Rugby League at the age of 18 after playing for the Junior Dragons and receiving a scholarship to St Mary’s Cathedral College.
